Stopped in around noon while out shopping. The shop was surprisingly quiet, but that's to be expected for the middle of the week in a shopping center. It made for a nice, relaxed atmosphere without feeling rushed or crowded. The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to talk to. She answered our questions, offered recommendations, and seemed to know the menu well. It's always refreshing when someone can confidently explain the different options instead of just pointing at the menu. Our drinks were made quickly, looked great, and tasted just as expected. The store itself was clean, organized, and inviting. While we didn't spend a long time inside, it was a comfortable place to wait for our order. The only downside had nothing to do with the business itself—it was getting in and out of the shopping center. The parking lot is awkward to navigate, and depending on traffic it can be a bit frustrating. Honestly, if Kung Fu Tea ever opened a standalone drive-thru location, I think they'd be busy from open to close. Their drinks and customer service are certainly good enough to support it. Don't expect to get Brown Sugar Bubble Tea in the afternoon. We usually stop by around 5 PM, and almost every time we're told they're out of brown sugar. The staff isn't exactly friendly either. She is actually slow. The only reason this location seems to do well is because of its convenient location and the popularity of the chain. Not because of the service or consistency.

Tried the taro milk tea and it was so good! Super creamy, not overly sweet, and the taro flavor was perfect. The boba was fresh and chewy too. Service was quick and the place had a nice vibe. One of the best taro drinks I’ve had in a while

this place is okay, the past 2 times i went they’ve been out of boba which defeats the purpose for a lot of people & felt it’s intentional to ward customers away. also false advertising, i was expecting something on the left but received the right & got asked for cold foam also for a charge when this drink was already $9 on its own…i can’t fathom a singular drink being more than $10 for just adding cold foam and boba. like why even promote if what you’re receiving is going to be nothing like the promotion

Came here for the Care Bear drinks but stayed for the hospitality! The ladies here were super nice! We tried the chocolate cheesecake mousse and the raspberry one and they were both a nice treat! Will definitely come back to try more drinks 😊🤗
